Nature of Services:
The peer support services provided by Frontline Resilience Project its facilitators are non-clinical and are based on shared lived experiences. We are not a medical facility, mental health clinic, or emergency crisis center.
No Professional Advice:
Our facilitators are peer support specialists, not licensed psychologists, psychiatrists, social workers, or medical doctors. Participation in these groups is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your own qualified healthcare provider regarding any mental health or medical condition.
Confidentiality & Limitations:
While we prioritize a safe and confidential environment, please be aware that Colorado law specifies certain Mandatory Reporting exceptions. Confidentiality cannot be maintained if there is:
Suspected child abuse or neglect.
Suspected abuse or neglect of an at-risk adult (elderly or disabled).
An immediate threat of serious harm to yourself or others.
A direct court order for records.
Non-Clinical Services:
Frontline Resilience Project provides is a peer-led support groups facilitated by individuals with lived experience.
These groups are educational and supportive in nature. We do not provide medical, mental health, or
health services. No diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or advice for any medical or mental health
condition will be offered.
According To Colorado Professional Standards:
Our facilitators will not provide professional services such as diagnosis or counseling, nor undertake any
activity that constitutes the practice of psychotherapy under Colorado law.
Emergency Protocol:
If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately. You can also reach the National Suicide & Crisis Lifeline by dialing 988.
Assumption of Risk:
By participating in these virtual sessions, you acknowledge that you are doing so voluntarily and assume full responsibility for your own well-being and any actions taken based on group discussions.

Welcome to Frontline Resilience Project. By accessing our website and participating in our peer support groups, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.
1. Nature of the Service
Empower Yourself LLC provides non-clinical, peer-led support groups. We do not provide professional medical, psychological, or crisis intervention services. Our groups are for educational and peer-connection purposes only.
2. Eligibility
Our peer support groups are exclusively for active-duty military, Veterans, and First Responders. By RSVPing, you represent that you meet these criteria. We reserve the right to verify service background and deny access to anyone who does not meet our peer-group requirements.
3. Code of Conduct
To maintain a safe environment, all participants must:
Maintain the absolute confidentiality of other members.
Refrain from recording (audio or video) or photographing any session.
Treat all members and facilitators with respect.
Failure to follow these rules will result in immediate and permanent removal from the group.
4. No Professional-Patient Relationship
Participation in these groups does not create a therapist-patient or doctor-patient relationship. Conversations within the group are not "privileged" in a legal sense, though they are kept confidential within the limits of Colorado law.
5. Limitation of Liability
Empower Yourself LLC and its facilitators are not liable for any actions taken, or not taken, by you based on information provided during a session or on this website. You assume all risks associated with participation.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other members.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the site or participation in groups following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
