Who Am I ?
I am the founder of Frontline Resilience Project I believe that those who have stood the watch deserve a safe place to decompress among people who truly understand the mission. With my background as a LMHC/LPCC, CASAC-T with a focus on Forensic Psychology and a First responder myself, has taught me that the challenges faced by the First Responders and our veterans are unique, and so is the resiliency required to help them to navigate. My goal is to provide with a peer-led shoulder-to-shoulder environment that is entirely independent of any department or government agency. I am dedicated to fostering a space where unfiltered processing is the norm and where your privacy is the top priority. Whether you are navigating the transition to civilian life or the daily cumulative stress of the shift, you don't have to walk that path alone.
The Heart Behind Frontline Resilience Project
Our Mission Is No One Walks the Path Alone.
At Frontline Resilience Project, we believe that those who spend their lives answering the call for others deserve a safe place to answer the call for themselves.
The weight of service—whether in a combat zone, a precinct, or on an ambulance—doesn’t always stay at the station or on the field. It follows us home. It affects our sleep, our relationships, and our peace of mind. We created these peer-led support groups because we speak your language. We know the sights, the sounds, and the silence that follows a difficult shift, and we know that the best support comes from those who have stood exactly where you are standing.
Why Peer Support?
We aren't here to "fix" you or lecture you. We are here to stand shoulder-to-shoulder.
Shared Language: You don’t have to translate your experiences here; your peers already understand.
Confidentiality: Trust is our cornerstone. What is shared in our circle stays in our circle.
Resilience: We focus on practical, peer-driven strategies to help you navigate the unique challenges of high-stakes professions.
Our Founder
Founded FrontlineResilience Project with a single objective: to ensure that no Veteran or First Responder ever feels isolated in their journey. By bridging the gap between service and support, we are building a community where vulnerability is seen as tactical strength and where healing is a team mission.
Peer Support Code of Ethics
As a peer-led community, we are committed to the following ethical principles to ensure the safety, dignity, and empowerment of every Veteran and First Responder we serve:
1. Autonomy & Choice
We respect the right of every peer to guide their own recovery and wellness. We offer options and shared experiences, never "orders" or unsolicited advice.
2. Shared Lived Experience
The heart of our group is our common ground. We lead with empathy and honesty, using our own journeys to inspire hope and model resilience.
3. Integrity & Honesty
We are transparent about our role. We do not represent ourselves as licensed clinicians or medical professionals. If a peer’s needs are beyond our scope, we provide a warm hand-off to the appropriate resource.
4. Confidentiality & Trust
Trust is our most valuable asset. We guard the privacy of our members fiercely, only breaking confidentiality in the event of an immediate safety risk (as required by Colorado state law).
5. Respect for Diversity
Service knows no boundaries. We honor the diverse backgrounds, beliefs, and identities of all Veterans and First Responders. Discrimination of any kind is never tolerated.
6. Commitment to Safety
